OPE电子竞技官网 uses remote internal course placement, rather than the TOEFL. Most applicants do not need to submit a TOEFL. If you do not have reliable internet and need to take the TOEFL, please note that these countries that are exempt from submitting a TOEFL score:
- Australia

Steps from Admission to Attending Classes at OPE电子竞技官网
There are four kinds of applicants. Please find the kind of applicant you are and follow the steps as listed below.
1) Prospective student applying from out of the U.S. who does not have F-1 status:
- Gather information about OPE电子竞技官网.
- Apply for a passport.
- Apply for admission by uploading all supplemental items in the online application.
- Take the Accuplacer placement test remotely through OPE电子竞技官网's Testing Center. A TOEFL score is not needed, unless you do not have reliable internet connection at your home.
- Wait for ISS to review the application and get notice of acceptance or denial. If accepted, an I-20 and acceptance letter will be provided.
- Pay the SEVIS fee and print a I-901 receipt for payment.
- Make an appointment with a U.S. embassy or consulate to apply for an F-1 visa, unless you are from Canada.
- Apply for the visa and go to the interview.
- If an F-1 visa is granted, make travel arrangements to arrive at OPE电子竞技官网 as close to 30 days before the program start date listed on the I-20.
- Email iss@ngskmc-eis.net to inform ISS that you have arrived in Omaha. ISS will email two documents for electronic check in. Provide your passport, F-1 visa, I-20 and I-94 form.
- Pay the insurance premium.
- ISS will connect you with your assigned Success Navigator or Academic Advisor for educational planning and class registration for your academic program.
- Attend the Orientation for F-1 International Students and New Student Orientation.
- Attend classes.
2) Transfer (non-high school or ESL/IEP) F-1 student applying from within the U.S.:
- Gather information about OPE电子竞技官网.
- Apply for admission by uploading all supplemental items in the online application.
- Take any assessments that may be necessary for course placement. If you are outside the Omaha area, please contact ISS to see if you can take the assessments remotely. A TOEFL score is not needed.
- Wait for ISS to review the application and get notice of acceptance or denial.
- Make travel arrangements to arrive at OPE电子竞技官网 as soon as possible.
- Email iss@ngskmc-eis.net to inform ISS that you have arrived in Omaha. ISS will email two documents for electronic check in.

4) Prospective student applying from within the U.S. who has a status other than an F-1 and wants to apply for a change of status to F-1:

- Apply for admission by uploading all supplemental items in the online application.
- Take any assessments that may be necessary for course placement. If you are outside the Omaha area, please contact ISS to see if you can take the assessments remotely.
- Wait for the ISS to review the application and get notice of acceptance or denial.
- If accepted, ISS will provide you with an I-20 and acceptance letter.
- We recommend that you consult an immigration lawyer to submit your application for a change of status to USCIS. ISS will not send the application for you.
- Wait for USCIS to grant or deny the change of status.
- If F-1 status is granted, email your approval notice to iss@ngskmc-eis.net
- Email iss@ngskmc-eis.net to inform ISS that you have arrived in Omaha. ISS will email two documents for electronic check in.
- Pay the insurance premium.
